The margin of error is just too slim and there are too many people playing at any one time for there to be someone who completely dominates. There's always going to be someone better than you. It's really, really satisfying to be waiting for a match result and then see the little thing that says you're a winner! Of course, I have to say that just like any other game, you can 't get too invested or it'll be on your mind CONSTANTLY. You're playing them because the barrier to entry isn't too high and you really do have a chance to win money. You're not playing these games for a story. It's the first time I've played it in any competitive way and it's a cool feeling to finally ""win"" now and then! I can't really say too much about the game design because it all just works perfectly. They're always releasing new games and events here and there. You always see messages like ""Sorry for the trouble, here's an extra bonus!"" and stuff for the smallest, unnoticeable inconveniences. I really get the sense they care about the players. It recognizes 1v2 and applies it towards your reward, but 8/10 times it won’t give you anything for the 1v3 if it means you finish the set. You could already have 2 games under your belt, play a 1v3 to complete the of 5, but then get nothing and still show 2 out of 5 games completed? I’ve learned the trick is to play a 1v3, then a 1v2 to complete the 5. except you don’t always get your reward when you reach the goal by a 1v3. You play a 1v3 challenger game because 2+3=5, aka your reward. ANYWAY - don’t believe the golden goals challenges that reward you a spin coin, or gems, or sparkles, or whatever if you complete 3/3 games or any other number of games (the quantity increases with the stakes.) Imagine you have 2 games completed out of the 5 required to get the reward. I deposit frequently (not huge amounts, but still), and not that it matters but I feel like sometimes the app targets folks who DO deposit, give them a good run then hit them with several losses back to back.
Now I’m hooked and play it every night before bed. but then I played explodocube, which is a color block matching game within the app. I downloaded it for solitaire, which I would play to help me wind down while I fell asleep.
